The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and preventive care in both in-office and telehealth settings. The role involves collaboration with healthcare teams, supervision of nurse practitioners or physician assistants, and continuous professional development through clinical rounds. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics and licensed to practice in California.

What you’ll be working on:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in San Rafael, CA at our San Rafael office.

The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $328,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
