This position is for a fellowship-trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist at a 455-bed regional referral hospital near Huntington, WV. The physician will work with a team of cardiac anesthesiologists and CRNAs, providing anesthesia for cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and Cath Lab cases, including Electrophysiology and Structural Heart procedures. Excellent Opportunity available for a fellowship-trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist
- A 455-bed regional referral center is presenting an excellent opportunity for a fellowship trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist who is certified in Advanced Perioperative TEE.
- The hospital-employed physician will receive an annual salary of $675K, signing bonus to start at $50K, student loan repayment, possible stipend, and full benefits
- The successful candidate would join two other full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologists and a team of five cardiac-dedicated CRNAs.
- They do cardiac, vascular and thoracic cases in the OR, plus lots of work in the cath lab.
- Must be fellowship trained in cardiac and either certified in advanced TEE or a new grad planning to become certified.
- The OR work is mostly supervision.
- The Cardiac Anesthesiologist would also perform anesthesia for Cath Lab cases including Electrophysiology and Structural Heart.
- The department performs nearly 500 cardiac surgical cases per year, plus thoracic and vascular cases.

- Located about 20 minutes from Huntington, W.Va., the home of Marshall University. They are located just a short drive to the metro cities in Ohio (Cincinnati and Columbus) and Kentucky (Lexington and Louisville).
