A well-established health system in the Northern Neck region is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join their growing in-home care team. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Serve patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain independence and mobility
- Work in a collaborative environment with Nursing, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
- Lead and support PTAs and Home Health Aides to ensure high-quality care

Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- 1+ year of PT experience preferred
- Active Virginia PT license (required)
- CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days of hire
- Valid Driver’s License for patient home visits
