Job Details:

• Work in ED Holding/CICU unit, specifically caring for inpatient/CICU level holds in Emergency Department
• 2 years of experience required with strong PCU background within the last year
• ED experience preferred but not required
• First-time travelers accepted only with EPIC experience and 2 years of experience
• Every other weekend (EOW) requirement
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, EKG test on arrival
• Must have experience managing and titrating cardiac drips including Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labetalol, Dopamine, and Dobutamine
• Work with special equipment including BIPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris Pumps, and Phillips Monitoring System
• Care for patients with chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, and pneumonia
• Handle medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic overflow patients
• Manage post-catheterization patients with stents, ICD/pacer insertions, and cardioversions
• Valid New Hampshire state license required
• References required
• Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start date
• Only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted
