Position Title: Formulator

Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (End Time Varies) or 2:00pm - 2:30am (Start Time Varies)

Formulator Responsibilities:
- Operate processing, packaging and blending equipment accurately and efficiently under supervision
- Operate forklifts, hoists and other material handling machinery
- Assist with equipment clean-out and moving packaging equipment as needed
- Produce finished products that meet quality control standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the formulation process

Requirements for Formulator:
- Previous formulation experience
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability to bending, twisting and lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
