This position is for a full-time Venous Disease Specialist Physician at a multi-site private practice offering vascular medicine services focused on vein disease treatment. The role includes patient consultations, follow-ups, and performing specialized procedures such as VenaSeal, ClariVein, radiofrequency ablation, and sclerotherapy, with excellent work-life balance and no on-call duties. COMPENSATION:
- $500,000 to $700,000+ Annual Income
- $300,000 to $350,000+ Base Salary

This private practice opened in 2015 and offers vein disease services in an upscale, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being physician-owned and physician-led, their offices offer providers the day-to-day comfort and autonomy of working in small private practice settings, while receiving the support of a multi-site organization. They currently operate more than 30 offices in 4 states, boasting a staff of approximately 30 physicians and advanced practice providers, who are supported by talented administrative and clinical team members.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Physicians see an average of 20 patients per day with the support of on-site sonographers and clinical assistants, who also help with charting and documentation.
Specific duties of the physician role include:
- consultations
- follow-up visits
- VenaSeal
- ClariVein
- radiofrequency ablation
- laser ablation
- sclerotherapy
The practice sees patients for, among other conditions:
- varicose veins
- leg swelling / heaviness
- spider veins
- restless leg syndrome
- venous insufficiency
The practice uses the NextTech EHR.
There are no on-call, evening, or weekend duties, providing excellent work/life balance.
The practice is currently hiring due to growth and is seeking physicians who are entrepreneurially-minded and want to help lead expansion into new territories. They offer a formal training program for physicians who are actively interested in vascular medicine and have an access skill set, but do not yet have specific experience in vein treatment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Texas medical license
- DEA
- BC / BE preferred
- some vascular access experience
- strong interest in vascular medicine
- entrepreneurial spirit and desire to join a growing organization
- ability to complete training in Manhattan, New York
