Technological and Clinical Resources:

Klara, a highly accessible texting system for fast patient communication
Continuous glucose monitoring
Peripheral artery assessment tools
Prior Authorization Team to handle the increasing influx of PAs
Amount of coverage needed per month: Fulltime
Patients per day: 22-24 pts/per day.
New Patient: 30 min, Revisits: 15 min
Patient population/age: A balanced mixture of young adults to seniors
Department description: Top-tier customized care for endocrinology disorders and related conditions.
EMR: Athena
Skills required: At least 1 year of outpatient experience in family practice or internal medicine. Experience in endocrinology is a MUST. Prior experience managing a high-volume patient caseload preferred. Excellent clinical skills and bedside manner, with a dedication to providing patient-centered care. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Practice Setting: Well-established Private Clinic specializing in 100% outpatient endocrinology in a recently-built, multi-specialty medical practice complex.

License required: Valid or in-progress state medical license to practice in Texas.
