The Licensed Veterinary Technician will support a busy small animal clinic providing general practice, urgent care, and orthopedic surgeries. Responsibilities include surgical assistance, anesthesia monitoring, dental procedures, client education, and team mentorship. We're looking for an awesome Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our crew! Poulsbo Animal Clinic is a general practice clinic that also handles urgent care cases and performs a variety of orthopedic surgeries, so there's always something interesting to learn and do.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $29-36 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $2000
- CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Washington
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
- Dental prophy and x-ray
- Advanced client education
- Mentorship and training
- Complaint/conflict resolution
