With an average patient load of 18-25 per day spanning all age groups, you have the opportunity to design your own practice. Whether you prefer providing 100% outpatient services or a mix of outpatient and inpatient care, the choice is yours. The availability of a full hospitalist service provides added support, and there's no ER call requirement, contributing to a high-quality work-life balance.
