Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
• Handle approximately 16 patient encounters per shift
• Provide on-call coverage with surgery plus scheduled surgery on call days (5-7 days of call per month)
• Call coverage could be Monday through Sunday with warm hand-off between providers
• Perform general adult urology services
• Conduct various urological procedures including laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, and prostatectomy
• Perform pelvic node dissection and robotic surgery
• Conduct renal and bladder ultrasounds
• Must be comfortable with various preferred procedures including advanced endoscopic techniques, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, and partial nephrectomies
• Board certification required with clean history
• Must maintain active Washington medical license or IMLC
• Required certifications include ABLS, BLS, and PALS
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90-120 days (expedited privileges possible with clean history)
