Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 3 years of experience and active ARRT (M) credentials for a full-time day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a diagnostic imaging setting focusing on screening mammography exams
- Day shift schedule
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Operates mammography equipment following ACR and MQSA standards
- Responsible for performing high-quality mammography imaging to assist in early detection of breast cancer
- Must prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
- Adheres to image quality and documentation standards as outlined by ACR and MQSA
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mammography Technologist
- Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certification required
- Active Washington State Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
- BLS certification required
- Experience with mammography quality assurance
