RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Provide care in a 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios
• Work with general cardiac monitoring, CRRT, and TPT placement equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Must demonstrate ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent assessment skills required
• CRRT experience preferred
• APHON certification preferred
• Attention to detail essential as physicians are willing to train on new skills
• Work effectively in a teaching hospital environment
• Collaborate with intensivists, registered nurses, desk technicians, respiratory therapists, dietary staff, and case management during night shifts

This healthcare facility operates a specialized 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit within a Level II Trauma Center. The unit is staffed by experienced healthcare professionals including intensivists, registered nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive pediatric critical care.
