Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds - 20
• Number of Staff - 5 RNs & 2 LNAs and we flex with volume
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 5 RNs
o Night Shift - 5 RNs
• Patient Ratios - 4:1
• Type of equipment - GE cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps
• EMR - Expanse
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills & critical drip experience
• 2 years PCU experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Pre-post cardiac cath & pacer patient care experience
• Prior HCA experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ACLS, BLS, NIAH
Floating Area(s):
• Med Surg

• Emergency Department (for ED holds)

• Scrub Color/Attire - Professional. No required color

Weekends and On call (if any):
• Every other weekend or the equivalent if staffing needs require this
