RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 32-bed telemetry unit on the 4th floor of main hospital
• Patient ratio of 4 or 5 patients to 1 nurse
• Telemetry experience required - candidates without this skill will not be considered
• Experience caring for post-op CABG patients preferred
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Work with GE Telemetry system equipment
• Perform typical procedures including IV and foley starts, chest tube removal
• Work alongside charge nurse, 4-8 RNs, 2 floor CNAs, and 1 sitter per shift
• Must be outgoing team player willing to take initiative

This healthcare facility operates a 32-bed telemetry unit specializing in cardiac monitoring and post-operative care. The facility utilizes modern GE telemetry systems and Meditech EMR technology to provide comprehensive cardiac care. The unit maintains experienced nursing staff and focuses on caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, including post-operative CABG patients. The facility emphasizes teamwork and initiative among staff members while maintaining appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios for quality care.
