Registered Nurse Field Supervisor monitors and assesses home health services, supervises Home Health Aides, and provides clinical case management including assessments, care-plan development, training, and crisis intervention during in-home visits. Collaborates with physicians and clinical teams, documents interventions electronically, participates in quality assurance and education programs, and supports start-of-care processes. Requires RN license (NY), CPR/BLS, associate's degree (BSN preferred), and at least two years clinical RN experience; home care experience preferred.
