The Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive care focusing on diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic health conditions. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, performing diagnostic tests, educating patients on disease prevention, and prescribing medications. The role requires an active NP license, preferably 1-2 years of experience, with a focus on improving patient health outcomes through personalized care.
We are looking for a qualified family nurse practitioner to be responsible for providing family-focused care in the heart of Massachusetts . You will develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, educate patients on disease prevention, perform diagnostic tests, and manage overall patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating health conditions.
- Formulating treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
- Educating patients on lifestyle habits.
- Ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests.
- Counseling patients.

Qualifications:
- Active NP license in the state of Massachusetts
- 1 to 2 years of FNP experience (preferred)
- Active DEA
