Unit: Med/Surg Tele – ED Hold + Resource Float Beds: Facility 341 | Units: R5 (24), R6 (24), R7 (25) Trauma Level: II | Teaching Hospital Start Date: 4/6 | Duration: 16–32 weeks Shift: Rotating | Weekends: Every other Floating: R5, R6, R7, other Tele units + ED Hold Charting: EPIC (required – within last 2 years, non-negotiable) Patient Ratios: R5 & R6: 1:4 R7: 1:5 Requirements: 1+ year M/S Tele experience NY RN license (or proof of application) BLS required | CMSRN preferred NIHSS required prior to start Epic experience required Prior travel not required
