Annual Salary: $230k-$300k (varies depending on years of experience)
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join a dynamic outpatient musculoskeletal team. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about non-surgical orthopedic care, functional restoration, and collaborative patient management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving function and reducing pain.
- Perform EMGs and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists to ensure integrated care.
- Provide image-guided and ultrasound-guided injections (e.g., joint, tendon, bursa).
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited PM&R residency program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
- Experience in outpatient musculoskeletal care preferred.
- Proficiency in performing EMGs and joint injections.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
