Supervisor - Rehabilitative Services

Lead a clinical team at a major healthcare system with patient-centered culture and career growth. Supervisor—Rehabilitative Services. Full-time, on-site in Florida; permanent role overseeing PT/OT/SLP programs; day-shift and occasional flexible hours as needed. - Florida license as PT, OT, or SLP (required) - Graduate of accredited PT/OT/SLP or related program - Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in PT, OT, or SLP - Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making under stress - Ability to work with minimal supervision

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Two (2) years' experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy or related program. Other Information: **Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist.Additional Education Info: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Therapy or in a related program.
