Job Responsibilities:- Perform one-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams.
- Conduct separation health assessments to evaluate the health and needs of veterans.
- Complete primarily interview-based examinations with some physical assessments (range of motion, muscle strength).
- Submit detailed reports and any necessary addendums following examinations.
- Maintain a willingness to perform examinations in your own office, ensuring it is within the specified area.
- Engage in quick credentialing and onboarding processes.
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluation, and diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Ownership of a laptop (non-Mac/Apple products).
- Active and unrestricted full medical license.
- DMA certification or willingness to undergo training for DMA certification.
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine.
- Current and valid Arkansas medical license.
- Board Certification in a relevant field.
- Must complete DMA training to remain active in evaluations.
