Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night Med/Surg position requiring recent specialty experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg unit on floor 1
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Requested time off must be less than 1 week
• Must present a valid driver’s license for consideration
• No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted
• Candidates are required to submit a complete work profile including references and verification documents

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Certifications must be valid and cannot expire within the first 30 days
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
