Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 0"18, including well-child visits, urgent care, and follow-ups

• Supervise and mentor mid-level pediatric practitioners

• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities

• Cover a small number of Saturday shifts and limited after-hours call with additional compensation

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics (or Pediatric NP with 3+ years of experience)

• Active California medical license and DEA registration

• Current BLS certification

• Experience in community or underserved settings preferred

• Ability to see 18"22 patients per day (full-time)
