Work four days a week in the clinic (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), with Tuesdays dedicated to performing surgeries. Inpatient Care & Call Coverage: Offer inpatient care as needed, with full privileges required at the associated hospital or surgery center. Provide on-call coverage for seven days each month, offering 24-hour availability from 7 am to 7 am. The on-call duties will involve both day and night responsibilities, with night call duties compensated at a different rate if called in. Surgical Procedures: Perform surgeries on Tuesdays, focusing on both routine and complex urological procedures.
