The ENT Specialist will:
Deliver comprehensive ENT care to a large referral base
See patients per day in clinic
Perform surgeries at:
• Blanchard Valley Hospital
• Bluffton Hospital
• Findlay Surgery Center
Utilize four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with Table Motion
Collaborate with onsite audiology and specialties like Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery
Practice in a team-based model with APPs and hospitalists
Take backup call only (APPs handle primary call)
Work in a collegial, wellness-focused culture
Influence schedule, patient volume, and practice model
Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and educational tools
Optional teaching of medical and advanced practice trainees

• Base Salary: Up to $750,000/year
