Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Chemo Certified RN for an Infusion Center role requiring BLS certification and at least one year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Ambulatory Infusion Center setting focused on oncology patient care
- Chemo administration required for oncology patients
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 17:30
- 40 hours per week with weekend shifts as needed
- Role involves oncology patient assessment, chemotherapy administration, and patient education
- Orientation and support provided by Infusion Center team
- COVID vaccination card required for consideration
- Local rate rules apply depending on candidate's state of residence
Requirements
- Active IA or compact RN license
- Chemo certification required
- Minimum of one year RN experience
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification recommended
