Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need Home Health assignment with current licensure and Epic EMR experience required.
Responsibilities
- Home health setting working with patients in the community
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week over a 14-week contract
- Uses Epic for documentation; experience with Epic is required
- All local and travel candidates receive the same pay rate
- Assignment is subject to tenure policy restrictions limiting total time on assignment
- Submission must include two references
- COVID and influenza vaccination documentation may be required
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy license required at time of consideration
- Relevant certifications must be current; pending licenses or certifications are not accepted
- Experience with Epic EMR is required
- Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth
- License required if applicable
