Unit -Stepdown/MedSurg # Beds: 29 bed unit that is currently under construction. All beds will be step down equipped with an opening in first quarter 2026 Nurse:Patient Ratios: Ratios for step down 3:1, floor 6:1 Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) Common diagnoses/Types of patients - Flex unit: Serves both floor and step-down patients, based on patient and hospital needs. - Diverse patient population with primarily medical diagnoses - medicine unit Experience or 'Must have' skills: Looking for new and experienced nurses; We need the candidates to be able to handle a 6 patient (med-surg) or a 3 patient (stepdown) Are RNs required to titrate drips?: RNs will have orders written to titrate drips.
