Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Must have 1 year of experience
• Travel experience required
• Active New York Single State RN license required (NY is not Compact)
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• Must be comfortable with Med Surg Tele including cardiac monitoring and emergency response
• Required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Experience with nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and non-invasive airway management
• IV therapy/phlebotomy skills with peripheral line care/management required
• Knowledge of isolation precautions necessary
• Must be available to work every other holiday if needed
• Will be required to float within skillset
• Dress code requires any combination of navy blue and white scrubs
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• RNs within 75 miles of facility are not accepted
• First-time travelers accepted

The facility features advanced surgical programs and comprehensive patient care services with interdisciplinary support teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.
