Medical Center is seeking an experienced, BC Vascular Surgeon to spearhead the development of a new practice- Provide comprehensive vascular services in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, including peripheral stenting and endovascular procedures in the lab and surgery as appropriat- Peripheral vascular, carotid arteries, clots, dialysis- Strong primary care base- Immediate ramp-up- Collegial medical staff who promote teamwork, work efficiency, and the patient care experienceRecruitment Package may include:- Base salary + wRVU production incentive- Quality bonus- Annual CME allowance- $40K Sign-on bonus (negotiable)- Medical debt assistance- Relocation allowance- Residency stipend- Medical Director stipend- Health benefits + Retirement plan- Marketing + practice growth assistance
