We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a 42-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity begins on Feb 9, 2026, and offers a flexible schedule of two days per week, with one day remote and one day on-site (option for both days on-site). The primary focus is on medication management for mental health conditions, with patient appointments scheduled from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm following a morning Zoom staff meeting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (60-minute appointments)
• Provide medication management for mental health conditions
• Perform follow-up visits (30 minutes; 15 minutes for regular check-ins)
• Participate in daily Zoom staff meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Additional Information

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
• Minimum of two years clinical experience in medication management for mental health conditions required
• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) Certification (PMHNP-BC) required
