This position is primarily administrative in nature and is not a traditional customer service role, though it does include occasional communication with internal teams and external contacts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage a variety of support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, managing documentation, and scheduling
- Assist with processing and tracking of service orders and internal requests
- Communicate with internal teams and occasionally with customers to provide updates or coordinate follow-ups
- Support management with special projects and general office tasks as needed
- Help ensure smooth daily operations by staying organized and detail-focused
- Prepare internal materials such as reports, presentations, or spreadsheets
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
