Preferred: CT Simulation; Volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT)
Equipment: Required: Accuray Tomotherapy HI.ART, Elekta Infinity Preferred: Siemens CT Simulator GO.PRO scanner; RADIXACT
Epic - preferred
