Job Details:

• Work on a 24-bed specialty rehabilitation unit providing comprehensive rehabilitation services
• Patient ratio up to 5:1 depending on acuity level
• Care for patients needing physical restoration following disease or disabling conditions including stroke and motor vehicle accident recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including physicians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dieticians, social workers and other specialists
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience required
• Must hold NH RN License or Compact License with proof of state residency
• BLS certification required
• ASAP start date available
