NP with neuro-trauma and/or neuro-critical care background/experience Rate Caps for Submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 85-97.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 170-195 - Per hour not OT Holiday 255-292.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. High risk procedures: G-tube placement endotracheal intubation cardioversion/defibrillation LMA paracentesis chest tubes central and arterial line placement.EMR: Cerner Care BSupport Staff:Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage Travel Preferences:Preferred Lodging: Please see attached must align with Travel PolicyAir Travel: Local no flights?
