- Compensation: $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 plus negotiable sign-on bonus stating at $20,000. Additional incentives include $25 per visit after 21 patients seen

QUALIFICATIONS:- CA License REQUIRED- DEA License REQUIRED- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED- Experience in community health PREFERRED
