Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with at least one year of recent surgical experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Operating Room (OR) of a hospital setting
• Day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Will work with surgical patient population in the OR
• Provide perioperative nursing care in circulating and/or scrub nurse roles
• Must submit licensure verification, certification copies, skills checklist, and references for consideration
• No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent OR RN experience required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Submission requires a valid US Social Security Number and date of birth
