A well-established outpatient clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PM&R physician to expand its interventional and conservative pain management services. This is a unique chance to bring your expertise to a multidisciplinary team and help guide the evolution of a program ready for PM&R leadership.
- Multidisciplinary team including orthopedics, anesthesiology, osteopathic physicians, and behavioral health
- Outpatient practice with procedure suite, C-arm, and radiofrequency ablation capability
- Conservative care model with epidurals, nerve blocks, RFA, and other interventional options
- Flexibility to build and expand services within a supportive environment
- Outpatient-only schedule that supports strong work-life balance
- No inpatient or call responsibilities
- Annual compensation of $510,000 to $600,000
- $65,000 sign-on bonus
- Seven weeks of time off each year
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- Relocation support with 90 days of temporary housing
