Anesthesiologist - Near Connersville, IN We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anesthesiologist to join our growing team near Connersville, IN. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a group of 13 independent contractor physicians in a 221-bed Level 3 trauma center. The practice covers a wide range of anesthesia cases, including general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision is required, and post-call days are typically off, providing a balanced work-life schedule. The hybrid compensation model includes a daily base rate and a production component, offering high-income potential and income/vacation parity from day one. Position Details: Collaborative Environment: Team-oriented practice philosophy with a focus on equality. Work with an Established Team: Join a group of 13 anesthesiologists and work alongside 6 nurse practitioners. Call Schedule: Primary call is 1:11. Facilities: Inpatient and outpatient surgery Mother/baby unit 14 operating rooms Autonomy: Independent contractor model (1099). No CRNA Supervision: Full autonomy in practice without CRNA oversight.
