Locums Emergency Medicine Opportunity - New Ulm, MinnesotaClinical Role:
- Start: March 9, 2026
- Ongoing Need
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p / 7p-7a)
- Schedule: 6-8 shifts per month (varies monthly)
- Setting: Single-coverage ER in a community hospital/medical center
- Hospital Size: 11 beds
- Patient Volume: 15 per shift on average (can rise to 20-25 during busy season)
- Patient Population: All ages
- EMR: Epic
Support Staff Available:- Respiratory Therapy
- Psychiatry
- Tele-intensivist
- Orthopedics
- General Surgery
- OB/GYN
- CRNA
- Occasional mid-level support
Candidate Requirements:- Board Certification - Required
- Active Minnesota license - Required (local candidates only)Strong preference for experience in MN or adjacent state
- DEA & CSR (Minnesota) - Required
- ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or CALS - Required
- Prior community-site emergency medicine experience - Preferred
- Strong preference for EM, would consider FP with ED experience
