High pay up to $210/hr for CRNA with South Carolina license. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) — Day 13.5-hr shifts (6:00–19:30 and 20:00–21:30) with possible call/weekend rotation. Location: Charleston, SC. Contract: Locum/contract; credentialing ~60 days. Pay: $194–$210/hr. Medically directed role covering general anesthesia, neuro/spine, ortho, ENT, gyn, urology (no OB, blocks, or cardiac). Must-have requirements:
- Active South Carolina CRNA license
- 3 years post-certification anesthesia experience
- Comfortable with listed case types (neuro/spine, ortho, ENT, gyn, urology)
- Availability for 13.5-hour day shifts and possible call/weekend rotation
- Able to complete credentialing process (~60 days)

Schedule: Clinic Hours: 6am to 7:30 pm and 8a-9:30pm (13.5 hour shifts) / possible rotation for call/weekend rotation Medically Directed 3 years experience Types of Cases: General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Gynecology, Urology, No Blocks, No Obstetrics, No hearts Credentialing Timeframe: Credentialing takes 60 days on average Must have an Active South Carolina License
