Our job summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, following client-specific behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include direct therapy, data collection, clinical documentation, and optional administrative support within center, home, or community settings. The role requires RBT certification, experience with developmental disabilities, and involves a full-time or part-time schedule primarily Monday to Friday without weekend work.

ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy is a BCBA-owned ABA Therapy provider serving the Colorado Springs area. ECHOIX provides a supportive and welcoming work environment to all members of the team while delivering exceptional care to children on the Autism Spectrum. Our dynamic team focuses on determining the just-right challenge for each individual client by utilizing trauma-informed, assent-based, and play-based therapy approaches for all treatment needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Responsibilities:

Direct Therapy - RBT's will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in center, homes, and/or community settings. (Registered Behavior Technician) RBT's will follow client-specific teaching protocols and behavior intervention plans with guidance and support from a BCBA.

Data Collection & Documentation - RBT's will collect data on client programs run during therapy sessions and will complete clinical session notes for each therapy session.

Administrative Tasks - RBT's may be provided optional administrative time to complete various support tasks around the therapy center such as creating stimuli, setting up therapy spaces, and cleaning/disinfecting the center.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Valid Driver's License

Understanding of behavioral health and child development

Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities

Proficient in medical documentation and terminology

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule:

Monday to Friday

No weekends

Work Location: In person
