Details:

• Begins upon successful credentialing (Temps Available)
• First day needed November 25 th
• Mon - Fri (7a-3:30p)
• Call: Weekend - 1:7 Weeknight - 1:7
• Cases: B&B, Vascular, ENT, Ophthalmology , Ortho, PEDs (ENT)
• Occasionally assist with cardiac (MDA is primary)
• OB call - Epis & Spinals preferred but not required
• Model: 7 MD/DOs and 15 CRNAs
• EMR: MediTech
