This locum tenens position is for a board-certified Hospitalist physician in Maine, providing inpatient care in a Trauma Level III facility with an average census of 16-18 patients. The role requires extensive hospitalist experience with EPIC system knowledge, working 12-hour shifts covering day and night rotations including weekends, without on-call duties. Candidates must hold an active Maine license, ACLS and BLS certifications, and meet COVID and flu vaccination requirements for prompt credentialing.
