Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff and management teams
• Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
• Hands-on experience with daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
