Seeking MD or DO physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, collaborative environment. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate MD and DO Physicians to join our primary care team in South Carolina. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Family Medicine is preferred, but Internal Medicine and Med/Peds candidates will also be strongly considered.

Position Highlights

Accepting MDs and DOs in Family Medicine (preferred), Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
Open to candidates willing to travel or relocate
Updated compensation and raise structure

No relocation bonus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $210,000 (for full-time)
Guaranteed bonus: $25,000
Additional potential bonus: $25,000 (total bonus opportunity: $50,000)
$9,000 paid on Day 1 (requires signing a promissory note)
Strong total compensation well above the SC average family physician salary

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions
Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care
Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and families
Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare partners
Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
Engage in ongoing clinical education and best practices
Qualifications
MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
Strong clinical judgment with excellent communication skills
