RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Must be willing to float to other med/surg/tele units as assigned
• Facility will consider 48 hours per week or 36/48 alternating schedule
• Patient ratios up to 6:1
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, TX license
• 1 year experience in profession required
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• Local radius: 50 miles (local candidates not accepted)
• Hard document deadline: Tuesday 4:30pm CST prior to start with no exceptions
• RTO required with submission
