Welder Fitter

Overtime-paid Saturdays and stable M–F 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule in a growing industrial manufacturer. Welder Fitter role in Hokes Bluff, AL; full-time, permanent shift 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Mon–Fri with some Saturday OT; pay $19–$25/hr. Must-have requirements: - 3–4 years welder-fitter experience - Ability to pass a weld test - Ability to read/use tape measure accurately - Strong attention to detail and workmanship - Able to work independently and in a team

Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Welder Fitter to join their team. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the industrial operations supporting the production and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder Fitter

Location: Hokes Bluff, AL

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Some required Saturday overtime

What's the Job?

• Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What's Needed?

• 3 to 4 years of welder-fitter experience
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
