We're looking for board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-performing team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S.

Schedule & Workload:
- 120 hours/month minimum (12-hour shifts); additional shifts available with no cap
- Average patient volume: 1.8-2 patients/hour
- Main ED daily coverage: 4 physicians & 3 APPs
- No call responsibilities
- Shift scheduling supports work-life balance and sustainability

- Closed ICU with 24/7 in-house intensivist support
- On-call surgicalists to support ED needs
- Designated Chest Pain Center with STEMI alert protocols and 24/7 interventional cardiology

- Annual ED volume: 50,000+ visits
- Low transfer rate ( 2%) with well-established protocols for high-acuity transfers
- Opportunities to mentor residents and medical students (clinical teaching only-no lecture obligations)
