Permanent role caring for adults in Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing across North Carolina. Full-time Physician (Family, Internal or Geriatric Medicine) providing primary care in long-term care facilities across NC; permanent position, daytime coverage with on-call triage availability 7 AM–7 PM on scheduled days. - MD or DO
- ≥3 years long-term care/geriatric experience
- HIPAA knowledge and EMR proficiency
- Able to manage meds, prescribe, and perform facility-based primary care
- AMDA certification preferred

Seeking a full-time Family, Internal or Geriatric Medicine physician to care for adults who reside in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities
--Provide primary-care services consistent with the standard of care for the specialty of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine as it pertains to long term care facility work.
--Manage all Scheduled medication prescriptions specific to your facility?s patients and specialty
--Work with facility to manage systems
--Provide OnCall triage duties - all providers are expected to be available to their facilities between the hours of 7 AM and 7PM by text or phone on the scheduled days of work. Triage Policies and OnCall duties and scheduling will be modified as needed and all providers are expected to adhere to the newest agreed upon triage schedule.
--Establish and maintain open and positive communications with facility staff and administration
--Always maintain patient confidentiality at all times including appropriate use of Cell phone, emails text messaging, patient charts and EMR - abide by and be knowledgeable of HIPAA rules and regulations and CPT coding guidelines
Required: MD or DO + 3 years? experience with Long Term Care/Geriatric Care; AMDA Certified a plus but not mandatory
