Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory, and the hospital provides online training for Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set, including proficiency in non-invasive ventilation management, intubation for newborns and pediatrics, conscious and deep sedation, various procedural skills such as central line and arterial lines placement, lumbar puncture, and more. Expertise in interpreting X-rays and EKGs, as well as certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), adds value to the role.
